Amanda joined McCabe Terrill Lawyers in 2011 as a Senior Associate in the Property group.
Amanda has acted for both domestic and overseas clients, high net worth individuals, Developers, ASX listed companies, Blue Chip companies, Retirement Village Operators and Government Bodies.
Amanda has extensive experience in commercial acquisitions and disposals, conducting due diligences, residential conveyancing, drafting and negotiating Agreements for Lease and Lease (commercial, retail and industrial), drafting and negotiating Development Agreements and Deeds of Partition, acting on the acquisition of Retirement Villages, Put & Call Option Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and preparing off-the-plan Contracts for Sale and acting on the sale and all general property related transactions.
Amanda was admitted to practice in 2002.
