People Inclusiveness Programme

McCabe Terrill has implemented a People Inclusiveness Programme (“PIP”) to assist staff in developing both personally and professionally. PIP aims to:
include all staff in discussions relating to work and current life issues
focus on McCabe Terrill values and culture
assist with career progression through mentoring and continuous learning and development
ensure importance surrounding diversity and cultural issues
PIP consists of 3 programme components:
Mentoring Programme
Learning and Development Programme
Women Leadership
PIP offers:
Constructive forums, arranged every 2 months for support staff and legal professionals of this company
Sessions can be specific to different levels and groups (i.e. Lawyers, Senior Associates, Parenting, Women etc). Sessions will include influential and motivational guest speakers allowing staff to discuss issues on various topics.
We encourage all staff members to participate in these discussions regardless of whether you think the topic is relevant to you. The idea is that staff understand experiences that people within your workplace have to deal with daily.
